Anna first came to yoga as a runner wanting to take more care of her body, and soon realised there was way more to it than stretching. She noticed huge improvements in her emotional and mental wellbeing, as well as feeling physically better, and yoga quickly became a huge and important part of her life.
Anna teaches thoughtful, playful vinyasa flow with an emphasis on individual experience and exploration. She firmly believes that all bodies and minds can benefit from practicing yoga, and creates an encouraging, safe and fun environment for students to connect to their bodies using movement and breath. Anna gets especially excited working with beginners, and loves helping them come to the realisation that yoga is for them, too, regardless of any preconceptions.
