A dedicated space for movement
We have a range of yoga classes on the timetable, from Dynamic Flow and Slow Flow to Iyengar to Restorative and Yin yoga. There is something for everyone. The classes are kept small so that teacher can pay close attention to each student throughout class.
Our Pilates classes are for everyone, from total beginner to someone who practises several times a week. There are larger group classes mat classes, small group mat and equipment classes (4-6 people per class) and regular equipment courses, both carefully guided by our experienced Pilates instructors.
Or why not treat yourself and have a 1:1 or 1:2 session with one of our teachers for a personalised experience.
