Quality functional movement is at the heart of Strength & Conditioning at Fix. It’s about feeling strong and capable in your body, being free from niggling pain or limitations and being fit so you can live a better life.

Whether you’re making a return to exercise after injury, training towards a specific goal, looking to get back in touch with your body after childbirth or just wanting to get strong for daily life, Strength & Conditioning at Fix can help you reach your goals. We focus on building strength, mobility, flexibility, and control to bridge the gap between your ability and your potential.

Our Strength & Conditioning coach, Alice Thomas, runs 1:1 training, and small group classes, with a maximum of 6 people per class, so you always get a personalised approach.

£15 drop in, £130 for 10 sessions.

Alice Thomas is a seasoned triathlete, having competed for Team GB at the ITU Multi Sport World Championships in 2018 and completing Ironman Zurich. She has a 26 year competitive swimming background, and more recently competing in triathlon, marathons, ironman races, long distance swimming and cycling.
