Kristina has over 15 Years experience working in the NHS and private sector with special interest in treating back and neck problems and also ligaments sprains, tendon problems, muscle strains and postural problems. She is also an expert in the management of sports injuries, rheumatological conditions and post – operative rehabilitation.

Kristina is trained in Acupuncture and clinical Pilates which concepts she incorporates into client rehabilitation to ensure that alignment and stability are improved in order to reduce stress through joints.

She spent eleven years in the NHS with Imperial College Healthcare Trust being her last NHS employer. As a Specialist she worked closely with Spinal and Lower Limb specialists treating both acute and chronic conditions referred by GPs and Consultants.

After leaving St Mary’s Hospital Kristina self published a children’s book but soon realised that she missed physiotherapy too much, at which point she started her career in the private sector at a top London Hospital, working in the outpatient department. In addition to that she gained further experience working at a private Pilates and Physiotherapy institute where she gained experience teaching 1:1 Pilates using small and large equipment including the Reformer and Cadillac as well as treating musculoskeletal conditions.

Her education in Physiotherapy started in Germany where she qualified in 1999. Besides one year working in a private clinic in Germany, her clinical knowledge and expertise are based on evidence based practice and continuous development in the UK.

If you don’t find her at FIX, you might see her running around Hampstead Heath or going to Barry’s Bootcamp. Kristina has also a big passion for skiing and kitesurfing.
