Joe Dale

Before pursuing a career in manual therapy Joe was a Royal Marines Commando, serving around the globe from the arctic to the mountains of Afghanistan. During this time he developed a clear sense of what the human body is capable of as well as the importance of looking after it.

Joe was inspired by colleagues who, despite suffering life changing injuries in war zones, managed to regain fitness and compete in marathons and  triathlons. After leaving the Marines Joe pursued a career in manual therapy in order to help others achieve the benefits of optimum health.

Joe has always been a keen athlete, competing at county level athletics since the age of 14. He still regularly competes in ultramarathons and trail races around the world and has also dabbled in triathlon, completing an Ironman along the way.

As well as being a registered Osteopath, Joe is also qualified to perform sports massage and dry needling. Joe is also a UK athletics running fitness coach.
