The Fix Approach to Yoga for Men
Have you tried yoga but didn't get on with it? Are you a man that thinks you can't go to class because all the bendy girls will be 'better' than you? If you are, that's why we are running small group mens only sessions (max 7) where our expert yoga teachers can always give you a personalised approach.
Both of our teachers are also experienced massage therapists and have practised yoga for many years. This gives them a unique understanding of how the body should move, how it can get stuck in places and how to improve range of movement and control.
The classes are designed to move you through standing and seated postures, with focus on breathing, alignment cues, anatomy, expert teaching and the correct speed in order to improve and learn.
The classes are being held at our lovely new pop-up at Ron Dorff in Seven Dials, Covent Garden, Tuesday and Thursdays 6.15-7.15pm.
