Lauren is a yoga teacher and trainee yoga therapist for mental health. It is her mission to share powerful yogic practices and tools with the world to support psychological and physical health.
Lauren fell for yoga 7 years ago, she loved the feeling of connection and empowerment. She took a year out from her job to travel to India and complete her YTT in Ashtanga and Vinyasa. Once Lauren returned, she knew she wanted to share the power of yoga and decided to leave her full time job to set up a wellbeing business. Lauren believes yoga supports a journey of self acceptance and self expression and this forms the basis of the work she does.
Lauren weaves in neuroscience, psychology and spirituality using a combination of breath work, mindful movement and meditation. Lauren's classes are nurturing and empowering. Her teaching style is mindful and intelligent, with a strong focus on conscious movement and breath. Her sequencing is creative and powerful and the classes are uplifting, aiming to deliver a challenging physical practice whilst still maintaining a nurturing approach with deeper focus on the more internal aspects of the practice.
