Chloe was drawn to yoga as a way to help calm her mind and connect with her body. She has always been fascinated by the mind-body connection, nutrition and natural health. This interest led her to train as a Naturopath at Endeavour College of Natural Health in Melbourne, Australia in 2009 and then completed her studies in the UK as a Nutritional Therapist at the College of Naturopathic Medicine, graduating in 2014.
After over 11 years of practicing yoga, in 2017 she travelled to the Himalayas to the spiritual home of Yoga, Rishikesh, India to complete her long-term dream of becoming a yoga teacher. In Chloe’s classes you can expect a strong focus on physical and energetic alignment in postures, an emphasis on the breath and learning to quiet the mind through learning how to tune in and listen to your body to help create space for healing and growth.
A keen meditator and a qualified practitioner of Neuro Linguistics Programming she is incredibly passionate about helping people realise their unlimited potential and find harmony and unity within themselves.
Chloe loves to keep active and when she’s not practicing yoga you’ll find her in the gym, on her bike or out hiking in the countryside. Her other interests lie in plant-based and conscious living, reading all things psychology and wellbeing and exploring the world.
