Chris completed a Doctorate of Physiotherapy with the University of Melbourne, Australia in 2013. Since graduating Chris has worked in both private practice and in-patient hospital settings in Melbourne, treating a wide variety of sports injuries and musculoskeletal concerns.
He has extensive experience in elective orthopaedic pre and post-operative management having worked alongside some of Australia’s most respected shoulder, hip, knee and ankle surgeons.
Along with his private practice role, Chris treated professional athletes at the Collingwood Football Club. Here he worked in conjunction with the strength and conditioning departments, running the rehabilitation program.
His professional interests include; acute and chronic sporting injuries, Clinical Pilates (Certified Pilates Instructor - mat work and reformer), strength and conditioning (Bachelor Degree in Exercise and Sports Science), headaches, and tendinopathy management.
Outside of work Chris is capable sportsman and enjoys spending time outdoors including surfing and snowboarding when he can. Having only recently arrived in the UK after spending 6 months exploring the Americas and Europe, Chris is excited to be joining the team at Fix and experiencing all that London has to offer.
