Chris's journey in Osteopathy began when he was 22 years old. At the time he was working as a Personal Trainer, becoming fascinated with gym-goers injuries. he realised quickly that he wanted to be involved in physical therapy.
After a shoulder injury had been holding him back he visited an Osteopath on recommendation from a work colleague. It was an inspiring experience and he decided there and then to start studying.
Over the following years he qualified in Sports Therapy and Remedial Massage and then a Bachelors degree in Osteopathy at The British School of Osteopathy in London Bridge in 2005.
He graduated with an award for Highest Performing Student from HRH Princess Anne. Soon after qualifying he worked in a GP practice in Marylebone famous for pioneering use of complimentary therapies in the NHS.
Over his 20 years in manual therapy he has lived and worked in many countries, following my favourite sports of snowboarding and surfing.
He has worked extensively with professional snowboarders, skiers and mountaineers whilst living in the winter sports meccas of Vail USA, Chamonix in France and Queenstown in New Zealand. He also spent a year working in a Personal Training and Rehab studio in Cremorne, Sydney, living on the Northern beaches and surfing every day.
These days he works in London and Oxfordshire treating people like you and does his best to get away surfing as much as he can.
