Rob Popper

sports Massage therapist

Rob is a Sports Massage Therapist with 25 years experience giving massages to athletes in the US and the UK. He has certifications in holistic and sports massage, deep tissue treatments, neuromuscular technique and trigger point therapy. He is also a British Triathlon Federation Level 3 Personal Triathlon Coach, as well as a UK Athletics Running Coach, a BCF Cycling Coach, an ASA Swimming Coach, an experienced triathlete, a martial artist and a martial arts instructor.

He has been teaching, coaching and doing endurance & high-intensity sports for over 40 years, and he has given and received a LOT of massages over time!

His primary goal as a massage therapist is to give you the kind of massage that we, as active sportspeople, all feel are "good" massages - the ones that get deep down into the core of some of our aches and pains to relieve the tension and soreness we carry around with us. Rob's secondary goal in each session is also for you to gain a better understanding of how your body works and some of the root causes of your aches and pains that brought you to him in the first place.
