Sanja is a qualified Level 5 Sports and Remedial massage therapist and a second year Osteopathy student at the British School of Osteopathy.
She is originally from Croatia. After a few years studying world literature and living by the sea Sanja moved to the UK where she developed a great passion for fixing and healing.
Sanja works with a range of clientele, from children to the elderly, from athletes to office workers, as well as pregnant and post-natal women. She has a special interest in treating tri-athletes and is convinced of the importance and benefits of sports massage for those undertaking such high levels of physical endurance.
Her bag of skills include deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, scar tissue release therapy, myofascial release, muscle stretching, taping and dry needling.
Sanja is interested in understanding human movement and biomechanics and has recently enrolled onto the JEMS movement enhancement approach course. When she's not treating people, Sanja spends her time studying, watching good films, taking walks into the great British wilderness and tackling muddy obstacle runs.
