Alice is a strength and conditioning coach, personal trainer and yoga teacher. Quality functional movement is at the forefront of what Alice teaches and is imperative if you are making a return to exercise after injury or childbirth. Alice's unique skill set as a trainer and strong foundation in nutrition is what makes her such a valuable part of the Fix team. Alice has a strong interest in the pre and post natal client and is very passionate about creating strong healthy and happy bodies.

Alice asks the important questions 'what is your function?', 'what do you want to be able to do?'
It might be to run a neat 10k, pick up your kid without back pain, regain control of your pelvic floor or just get strong for daily life. Alice tailors a program to get you to your goals. 

Alice is intuitive, she somehow knows how hard to push me. After sustaining a back injury last year Alice has helped me get strong and trust my body again. Oh and she got me eating properly, no stone left unturned!
