Ade Aboaba


Ade Aboaba is a Level 3 Personal Trainer. She specialises in strength training, running, pre and postnatal exercise and group fitness. 

Having had a baby, and experienced the physiological, biomechanical and emotional ups and downs herself, she’s on a mission to support women with their own unique circumstances before, during and after pregnancy.

Helping you to regain control and build trust in your body is her forte. Ade works to make people feel confident in their everyday activities and movement; progressively building strength and stamina. After that the world is your oyster.

Over the years, Ade has worked with a large range of clients, helping them to reach their best, smiling.
